Stay just 200 metres away from the beach in a tranquil and bright two-bedroom cottage with elegant decor and characterful feature fireplaces and a glass bookcase. Discover the delights of Cromer, such as the traditional seaside attractions like Cromer Pier, and venture into the surrounding Norfolk Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty for scenic walking trails, quiet beaches and picturesque picnic spots.

Make yourself at home in the airy, neutral-toned lounge with a touch of colour in the patterned decor. Put your feet up on the comfortable ‘L’-shaped sofa with a movie on the SmartTV with Sky. Behind this area is a wooden dining table with seating for four. Continue into the homely kitchen with a white-washed beamed ceiling, a ‘U’-shaped fitted kitchen unit with marbled surface tops plus a convenient washer/dryer. On the first floor is a family bathroom plus two bedrooms – a king-size and a bunk bedroom.

During your stay in the Victorian town of Cromer, start your day with a swim in the sea at Cromer Beach (less than 200 metres) and a wander along Cromer Pier. In the town, you will also find an array of seafood restaurants, a cinema, a golf course, independent shops and a museum (1 mile). Spend a day at the local zoo, discover the Banksy murals or visit the Cromer Lighthouse (all within 1.5 miles). Head into the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty to find the 15th-century National Trust Felbrigg Hall, Gardens and Estate (3 miles) and follow the hiking trail along the Sidestrand and Trimmingham Cliffs (5 miles).

Perfect location for access to Cromer but redecoration and change of furniture means the property is decidedly less attractive than the website photos show. Property details state 'SKY TV' but this is misleading. Although there *is* a SKY Q box, no SKY channels are available, only the free-to-view channels. There is no rear outside seating area, a Read morefact which ought to be pointed out in the property details. Hide

Great location! Comfortable and well equipped. Clear instructions on things in the house. Loved the history of the house and street that was available to read!

Great location, though the car parking is at least a five-minute walk from the house, and well provided for. Nicely prepared in advance of our arrival, keys ready on time, and owner very helpful in regard to our pre-arrival questions. Bond was returned on-time.
