The main living area is on the first floor, where you’ll find a homely lounge, with a hint of bold colour throughout, boasting two plump sofas, an armchair and a SmartTV. Continue into the sleek farmhouse-style kitchen with glossy cabinets and wooden surface tops, a breakfast bar and a Nespresso coffee machine. Next to this is a large wooden dining table which sits in front of the sliding glass patio doors. A family bathroom plus three bedrooms can be found on the ground floor – consisting of a twin room, bunk bedroom and a double bed with an en-suite. There is another double bedroom with an en-suite on the second floor. Outside is an enclosed garden with a lawn, decked area and furniture.

During your stay in the quiet outskirts of Cromer, you’ll be on the edge of the Area of Oustanding Natural Beauty but the centre of the town will be just 1 mile away. Spend a day at Cromer Beach (1.5 miles) and discover the entertainment at Cromer Pier (1 mile). We could not fault the house, it was lovely with everything needed for a relaxing holiday. The garden was so pretty and the welcome pack much appreciated. Loved the design on the little railway bridge, not disturbed at all by the trains (few and far between) but found that walking into Cromer was a little too far so drove in after the first atteRead morempt, but dont think the distance would bother those younger than ourselves ( were in our 70s) Would definitely recommend this for families. We have had a lovely time in Cromer. There are some lovely cafes and the beach is fab. We went to Holt. The Two Magpies does lovely cones and drinks. Also the Red Lion is a great find for food. Aylesham is a nice town and the Black Boys pub does delicious food. Great location for Cromer and all surrounding towns. The house is lovely, clean and a grRead moreeat place for a family to visit. We had a splendid time. It was a great pleasure to spend Christmas with the family here. The house is lovely. We had a great time, lots of yummy food, laughter and games. Maybe we will visit again in the near future.

We`ve had a lovely half term break thank you. The house had everything we needed and we all enjoyed the ginger cookies on arrival. Nice and easy walk into Cromer where we enjoyed the beach, the doggie diner and fish and chips. Also had trips out to Felbrigg, Wells, Holkham Park and Brancaster beach.
