With light and airy rooms, a cosy living area featuring a crackling wood burner, and a patio garden for al fresco dining, this inviting home is ready for your arrival, whatever the weather or time of the year.

Recently renovated, each room is bright and cheerful with seaside-inspired decor. Step inside to find an open-plan lounge/diner. Put your feet up in the lounge space and relax in front of the Smart TV while the warming wood burner flickers before you. The galley kitchen has been updated to a high standard and offers direct access to the outside via French doors. A handy wet room completes the ground floor. Upstairs, you'll find three cheerful bedrooms ready to welcome you for a good night's sleep. Two of these bedrooms have been made up as delightful doubles, whilst the third bedroom is a cosy single with an optional pull-out trundle bed. Head outside and into the fully decked garden to find plenty of seating for al fresco dining and a charcoal BBQ.

Situated in the heart of Heacham, this wonderful, terraced cottage offers a world of attractions nearby. Visit the Norfolk Lavender Farm (0.5 miles) to take photographs amongst the sea of purple flora, or pay a visit to the nearby Sandringham Estate (6 miles) to walk in the footsteps of the UK’s royal family. If you prefer to keep things local, a trip to Heacham’s North and South Beaches (both 1 mile) offers fantastic spots for afternoons on sandy shores. Both these beaches are dog-friendly, so your beloved pup can run and play on the sand to their heart’s content. At the end of the day, refuel with some fresh fish and chips on your way home.

Had a great stay at Shelby Cottage. The cottage was perfect as a base for exploring. It was clean & well equipped.

A lovely cottage in a quiet area of Heacham ...well equipped. .Twenty minute walk to North Beach. Parking on the street is usually available, but not necessarily outside the property. Wet room and toilet downstairs.

The property is located in the quiet village of Heacham, with the beach less than a mile away. There are supermarkets, pubs, takeaway and a pharmacy within a short walking distance. The cottage is well laid out with a well stocked kitchen including small washing machine, small dishwasher, large fridge with freezer box, and a good selection of crockRead moreery, glassware, tableware and utensils. The wet room has a great shower - consider packing flipflops as much of the floor gets wet though. The living-dining room is a good size with many different chairs as well as games and books available for less clement days. Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms with drawers and hanging space, and room with a single bed with additional pullout bed. Outside in the back there is garden furniture, a small drying line and a BBQ. On street parking can be a little tricky, we were not always able to park our single car outside the property but always managed to find a space somewhere on the street. Hide

We would have liked reading lamps in the living room and by the bed in the smaller double bedroom. Otherwise, the house was lovely. A bit further from the beach than we thought. I wouldnt particularly seek Original Cottages but would happily book with you if you managed a property I liked.
