Very nice property within walking distance of the main centre of Wells. We were a family of 7 and the layout of the beds was perfect. The cottage was clean and comfortable with lots of hot water! We had a lovely week topped off with fabulous weather. Would definitely come again.

Well appointed property in a great walking distance of all locations in the town. Convenient street parking opposite the house a bonus for having a second car. The property offered everything you would need for cooking if that was to be your option of not using the local pubs, restaurants and coffee shops. Public transport to visit local attractionRead mores was a very convenient way to visit, taking away parking problems visiting Cromer especially for our family. All in all a very all round family accommodation. Hide

Very comfortable cottage, well-equipped and with appliances that were easy to use (especially as the cooker instructions were provided). Excellent location within easy walking distance of the harbour and the two coastal bus services so we only used the car once all week. Lots of useful local information and maps provided. Largeish Co-op about 3 Read moreminutes' walk away with economy and premium food (Cook frozen food available). Garden was good for sitting out, or shady benches in the nearby graveyard! We'd be happy to stay here again. Bedrooms do get hot (it was a heatwave) and the intermittently loud traffic noise at the front meant moving to the back rooms. Hide

Perfectly equipped with everything you should ever need on a holiday. Lovely cottage and would definitely book again. Floors were a little creaky upstairs but this didnt bother us (even with little ones). Perfectly situated near the shops, all within walking distance, and the parking was a huge bonus as we had 2 cars. Can fit an SUV on the drivewayRead more without sticking out onto the path and the on road parking was never busy, even with the school drop offs/pick ups! The host was lovely to talk to on the phone and we loved that she provided some things to do, even if I did say weve been coming here for 26 years to visit grandparents, she mentioned places and things that even my grandparents had forgotten about! The cottage also has lots of helpful information of what to do in and around Wells-Next-The-Sea which was the perfect finishing touch! Hide

Large, clean property, located within 10 mintues walking distance to Wells centre. Although we were aware that the property wasn't situated on a back road we were quite surprised at the volume and noise of traffic at the front of the property. This did put a dampener on our stay.
