The ground floor welcomes you with an open-plan sitting/dining room boasting lofty ceilings and comfortable seating. Relax and enjoy a movie on the TV, or choose to play from an array of board games, or bask in the warmth of the impressive wood burner. A dining table and chairs cater for up to eight guests, while a galleried area overlooks the living space, providing a cosy nook for delving into a captivating book. Adjacent to the living area, discover the well-equipped kitchen and a nearby pantry that houses a washing machine, dryer, and fridge freezer for added convenience. Ascending the stairs, the first of four bedrooms awaits—a charming double room with an en-suite shower room. On the second floor, another double room offers delightful views of the mill pond, while a spacious family room beckons with a double bed and three single beds. The fourth bedroom can be accessed via a steep wooden loft ladder, not suitable for limited mobility due to a low beam to the entrance of the bedroom. Lovely, characterful property with an interesting history. Very comfortable. Very peaceful location but bear in mind it is attached to next door. Very clean and cosy.

We absolutely loved our stay at Eades Mill. It was a very unusual property with quirky features and the calming sound of water all around. We felt like wed stepped into a chapter Wind in the Willows, with sightings of frogs, deer, owls, butterflies, dragonflies and many more beautiful creatures in the garden. A nice property situated in a lovely rural location. Plenty of space inside its quirky interior for our party of two adults and five children with a good size garden giving plenty of space for the children to run around in. A short drive into Reepham which has a couple of nice pubs offering good food, a takeaway and a couple of grocery stores. It wRead moreas an ideal base for exploring the north Norfolk coast as well as Norwich and the Broads. We loved the area and would definitely recommend Eades Mill. Hide
