This welcoming Victorian townhouse in the heart of Cromer can comfortably accommodate up to eight guests within four bedrooms. With plenty of room to stretch out on three separate floors, this accommodation is perfect for larger groups. After a day of coastal walks, beach trips and family fun, come back to relax beside the crackling wood burner, play a round of pool, or dine alfresco in the sunny courtyard.

At ground floor level, you'll find a cosy lounge with comfy seating arranged around a Smart TV, plus a small pool table if you fancy some competitive fun. When you’re feeling peckish, the kitchen has everything you could need to cater for your group, along with a central island and a small relaxation area where you can find time to yourself. The dining room, which opens into the conservatory, is the ideal place for a family meal. Head up to the first floor to find a second lounge, where you can gather in the warmth of the wood burner for a movie night on the TV. You'll also find a family bathroom, and two bedrooms on this floor: a king-size with an en-suite shower room, and a twin bedroom. The second floor features two more bedrooms, each with limited headroom: a king-size with an en-suite shower room, and a twin which can be made into a super king-size bed on request. The rear courtyard is lovely in the sunshine – a great spot for al fresco dining.

The house is just 150 metres from a wealth of shops, eateries, the beach, and other exciting local attractions. Why not take a stroll along the pier, explore museums, or catch a film at the local multiplex? For a fun-filled family day out, make the short drive to Amazona Zoo, only 1 mile away, or Felbrigg Hall – a National Trust stately home surrounded by parkland, just 2 miles away.

Brilliant cottage! We had a lovely week with 6 adults and a toddler. The house is bigger than the pictures and description make it look with lots of bathrooms and spacious bedrooms. The kitchen is one of the best equipped I've ever come across. Location is fantastic- walking distance to beach, cafes, restaurants and shops. We were slightly concerneRead mored about parking, but managed to find spaces for two cars nearby with no problem. The parking space at the back is accessed by a narrow lane, so be aware that if you have a wide 4x4 or similar, you probably would struggle (our Astra was fine). Would definitely recommend! Hide

Fabulous, quirky house, which is quiet but really close to the shops and the seafront. We loved the wood burning stove and it was great to have the logs provided. We all really hope to return. Thank you.

East View is a fantastic property in the heart of Cromer. Well equipped kitchen and living spaces, with suitable rooms for all ages (our family ranged from 6 - 79 years of age!). Warm central heating, with hot water whenever required. We had a great week and it was a pleasure to call it 'home'.
