Our home from home. Great for us to relax and know our dogs are free to roam the large garden, always someone passing by the front gate to keep them occupied. This is only a bucket and spade holiday - a good base to explore North Norfolk and further afield from. If you have kids they need to be happy playing in the garden or on the beach - no amRead moreusements etc. Hide

Weve had a lovely stay at this bungalow once again. It is in such a peaceful location, with beautiful farmland views at the front and the sea and dunes just behind. We parked the car on the Saturday and didnt move it again until the following Saturday! This year we even had our shopping delivered and simply relaxed properly. We enjoyed two or Read morethree walks a day with our two Labradors, who absolutely loved it here. Everyone we met was so friendly, especially around the Bush Estate, where people would often stop for a little chat while we were out walking. After my recent heart attack, this break honestly did me the world of good. No stress, no rushing around, just fresh air, peace and quality time with my husband. Do you need a TV here? Not really. This is the sort of place where you switch off, slow down and truly relax. Thank you again for another fantastic stay. Hide

This is a great property for a Norfolk holiday beach. It is comfortable but not luxurious. The living area is really practical and works well with a lovely large window looking over the fields and a door opening onto the garden; great for children and extremely safe. Access to the large, empty, sandy beach is just a very short walk from the housRead moree. Kitchen is very well equipped and suitable for cooking for a family. The bedrooms are on the small side but comfortable. If you want a holiday with easy access to the beach and away from the busyness of life (theres no WI-FI),I would highly recommend. Hide

Superb beach side location especially for dog walking or an old fashioned bucket & spade holiday. Very secure large garden for the dogs to roam free. Beware of the unmade single track sand road leading to the property, low cars will bottom out! All major supermarkets deliver as does Amazon and many Chinese & Indian food outlets, there are no shopRead mores or restaurants within walking distance. Wi-Fi is limited or non existent-you need your own router/booster. We have stayed here many many times, but we like the solitude and walking the dogs on the beach. Hide

Weve been to Happidays many times now and we always enjoy it. Its a very comfortable cottage with everything we need. The sand dunes are behind the cottage and you are on the beach in a couple of minutes. The front of the cottage looks out across fields. Its always very relaxing whichever way you turn. There are plenty of places to explore on dayRead mores out. Weve booked in for next year already! Thanks! Hide

The location is amazing. Being at the beach within two mins just wonderful. Once the gate is mended, one has even direct access via the garden. The house needs a little love and more comfortable beds. The road leading to the house is more of a dirt track not suitable to slightly lower cars serious dips.

Unbeatable location, ideal for our dogs. Also well placed for travelling to sites of interest.Well appointed property with everything you could need (bearing in mind that this is a self catering property). Fifth visit for us which reflects our opinion of the bungalow.

Just returned from a lovely Family Holiday at Happidays. The weather was great so there was a lot of outdoor living. Loads of space in the garden for cricket and football and generally lounging about. We were 3 generations (inc a 7 year old and 4 year old). More or less immediate access to the gorgeous beach. Plenty of space inside the cottage. Read more Judy was a very helpful and friendly owner. No Wi-Fi - but not missed - in fact some might say a benefit. Would be very happy to stay again. Hide
