I had a really lovely week at Larkrise, exploring the local beaches and running + walking routes. The cottage itself is beautiful: very homely and cosy and well-equipped too. Many thanks for a wonderful stay, and I would love to return someday!

Ideally placed cottage for exploring the wider area and the common was brilliant for quick dog walks. The cottage had a lovely atmosphere, was very comfortable and well equipped, but suggest you pack light as the stairs are steep (as mentioned by the owners).

Well equipped cottage with fabulous walks on the doorstep! We enjoyed, beach, coastal paths and woodland walks. Enclosed sheltered back yard useful for dog and we ate lunch in the autumn sunshine out there . Short walk to railway station, village pub and local shops. The stairs may be problematic for anyone with mobility issues.

We had a wonderful stay at Larkrise, we stayed for a week but wish it could have been for longer as there is so much to see and do. The cottage felt like a real home from home, with everything you could possibly need. It was comfortable and very tastefully decorated with funny prints and nods to the seaside location. The location is ideal forRead more exploring the local area on foot, but also has excellent transport links; we took the train from West Runton station to Norwich which was beautiful. We would heartily recommend this cottage and would love to return. Hide
