Bring the whole gang to this spacious retreat in a peaceful residential area of Sheringham. With four bedrooms sleeping up to eight guests, it’s perfect for larger group gatherings. A second smaller dining table sits right next to the kitchen space, where you’ll also find everything you could need to self-cater during your stay. Completing the ground floor is a study, and a WC. Upstairs, two en-suite king-size bedrooms, a double room, a twin, and a family bathroom ensure comfort and relaxation for any family group. Outside, you can enjoy the warm sunshine in the enclosed walled garden, with a terrace and lawn area. Keep the little ones entertained with a trampoline and dine alfresco using the garden furniture.

A golden beach is only 1 mile from the house, so you can easily experience a relaxing day on the sand whenever the mood strikes. Plus, the much-loved town of Holt with its many boutiques and art galleries is only 7.5 miles away. And, for those wanting to learn about the region’s wildlife, Cley-next-the-Sea (8 miles) and Blakeney Point (9.5 miles) are only a short drive from the property, where you can witness seals and birds in their natural habitats.

Ideal for a large party with great location. The water system is so loud every time a tap is turned on or the toilets flushed and resonates through the whole of the house Furniture worn and thread bare in places. Beware that the hose is up for sale.

The kitchen was well equipped but alot of pans and crockery were not clean. The house was comfortable enough but in general just seemed un loved.

The house was lovely with very spacious rooms, comfy beds and all the kitchen equipment anyone could want. The children had room to run about and enjoyed the trampoline in the garden. It was within fairly easy walking distance of Sheringham and not far by car to the wonderful animal sanctuary at West Runton and the boat trips to Blakeney Point.
