Soak up the morning sunshine in the pretty courtyard garden and cosy up in the comfy sofas beside the fire when night falls.

After a day of adventure, the lounge is the perfect place to put your feet up and relax. Switch on the TV and sink into the plush seating to watch your favourite shows as the wood burner crackles away. Located just 500 metres from East Runton’s beach, you can be surfing or fossil hunting in no time. Those feeling a little more energetic can stroll along the clifftop path for 3 miles in one direction to visit the vibrant seaside town of Sheringham, or journey 1.5 miles in the other to sample Cromer’s famous crab. While golfers should head to West Runton (1.5 miles) for a round on the green. Two of the National Trust’s most iconic properties, Felbrigg Hall (3 miles) and Blicking Hall (11 miles) are also within easy reach.

Fabulous cottage in a wonderful location. The cottage is lovingly furnished with lots of sweet little touches. The oven is to die for! Warm and cosy as the weather was rather chilly. Everything worked!! Highly recommend.

Fantastic cottage in perfect, quiet location with sun trap patio garden. Very steep stairs (but only about 8) to light and airy upper floor. So near the beach and local stores, wonderful coastline and beautiful villages- but you dont need to leave it, be self sufficient and soak up the idyllic atmosphere

A beautifully restored cottage with real character but lacking nothing in comfort and modern equipment. Outside space a real bonus, good sized table and plenty of seating to enjoy the all-day sunshine
