Arrange a group stay at this picture-postcard Norfolk brick and flint cottage in Docking. Just 350 metres from the centre of the quiet village, with its general store and fish and chip shop, the property is 6 miles from the magnificent North Norfolk beach of Brancaster and 11 miles from Holkham, with its stately home, nature reserve and picturesque beach. The four-bedroom property, which sleeps eight guests and is pet-friendly, comes with a beautiful garden where you can all relax together on sunny days.

Unlace your walking boots or undo your beach sandals in the entrance hall then head on through to the downstairs shower room to rinse off the sand or into the kitchen to put the kettle on. Prepare meals for your family and friends with tasty Norfolk produce in here too, then serve up in the lounge/diner, where there is also plenty of room to congregate after dinner. Settle on the soft seating to watch the Smart TV, play games and discuss which beauty spot to spend time at the following day. A handy utility room contains laundry facilities and, in addition to the family shower room, there is a king-size bedroom downstairs. Two twin bedrooms and a super-king-size, with en-suite shower room, are up on the first floor, together with a family bathroom. Take the children and pups out into the garden to play on the grass in the sunshine, while you sizzle supper on the BBQ. There is parking for two cars at this cottage.

Have a trip out to the beach at Hunstanton, 8.5 miles away, with its famous stripy cliffs and see the sun both rise and set from this unique location. Visit the Sandringham Estate, where you can walk or cycle through the 600-acre parkland and take a tour of the house.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely, family accommodation. Ample space for six adults, two young children and a dog. The kitchen was extremely well-equipped (with the exception of the missing oven gloves, tea towels and electronic scales battery), and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. We've never seen so many cushions on sofas -Read more made for very cosy evenings, followed by much plumping up afterwards:) It was fantastic to be supplied with a Weber gas barbecue and this was used twice during the week - thank you, much appreciated. It's a lovely cottage, with a very conveniently secure garden (especially given that we had a dog and two youngsters with us) and there's a handy Spar just 12 minutes' walk away. Great location, wonderful holiday - thank you for the welcome bag of goodies too! Would definitely recommend this accommodation to others and would only make a constructive criticism that oven gloves and tea towels really should be treated as a necessity. Thanks for a great stay. Probably one of the best cottages we've stayed at in North Norfolk. Location was excellent as we were central to a lot of locaitons that we usually visit like Holkham Hall/beach, Burnham and of course Wells and Brancaster. The bedrooms we a good size and on arrival the propoerty was cleaned to a very high standard.
