Enjoy a stay in this charming family-friendly 1820s property, situated in the vibrant market town of Holt where fine art galleries, interesting museums and independent shops are plentiful. The cottage itself is full of character and offers fantastic places to socialise whatever the weather, including a pretty conservatory and a courtyard garden.
At the heart of the home is a calming living room filled with comfortable seating and soothing neutral colours where the whole family can gather to relax. The wood burner-effect electric fire is a lovely addition to the space, creating a cosy atmosphere, particularly during the colder months of the year. Next door, the kitchen retains much of its original charm with an exposed local flint feature wall and a traditional farmhouse-style dining table, whilst the modern fixtures and fittings have been carefully considered to create balance within the room. When you need a little peace and quiet, the conservatory offers solace in the light, bright extension to sit and enjoy your morning coffee. Also conveniently located on the ground floor is the bathroom, boasting a bathtub and a separate shower cubicle. Upstairs on the first floor, there are two chic double bedrooms, one with an iron frame and the other with a wooden frame, both offering plenty of storage for you to make yourself at home. The final bedroom is a full twin room which is perfect for adults or children alike. Finally, a WC completes the floor. Step outside and you’ll find the garden area where you can light the BBQ and cook up a feast al fresco, an evening activity sure to please all ages. One of the real bonuses of this property is the onsite parking at the front of the house.
