Skipjack is a very comfy and very private apartment in a central location to visit locations in the Norfolk area. The garden with spa is also private and nice space to sit in the sun. The swim facilities add a nice touch where you have the pool to yourselves. We had a great stay.

Great property and great location. Concerned as to whether it meets standard for the new fire regs as escape route means jumping out of a window from the first floor in the event of a fire. We really enjoyed our bank holiday weekend at Skipjack. The flat is very comfortable and inviting. The hot tub is lovely. The garden is very well kept. We enjoyed using the pool a couple of times. Great location for getting to the coast. We visited Cromer, Munsley and Wroxham. Five minutes drive from Blickling estate, lovely for a walk by the Read morelake and bluebell woods. Had a nice one and half mile circular walk from Skipjack too, beautiful countryside. Hide

We cannot recommend Skipjack highly enough. Having the use of your own pool twice a day and a private garden with a hot tub are massive selling points. The property is excellently equipped and there is more storage space than a whole family would need. We swam every day and it was an excellent way to start a morning. Despite the wonderful weather, Read moreit was always cool indoors. The venue is ideally situated to explore the wonderful Norfolk countryside and coast. We went to Cromer, Great Yarmouth, Sheringham and Wells-Next-the-Sea which were all excellent. The nearby town of Aylsham has everything you'd need and there are many very good eateries within a short distance. One of the best holidays we've ever had. Who needs abroad! Hide

The cleanliness got a 4 because there was coco pop found under the table and crumbs at the back of the worktop and clumps of dust in the bathroom. Comfort got a 4 because the mattress was so hard it hurt both myself and my husbands back. Otherwise it would have been a 5* all the way. Would definitely love to go back.
