One of the best equipped properties weve ever stayed in. Everything was of excellent quality and very comfortable. We particularly appreciated the shed for storing the bikes. A very friendly neighbourhood. A most enjoyable stay!

We enjoyed a lovely week in North Norfolk in this cosy cottage, which is situated centrally for the North Norfolk beaches and local villages. The house was very clean when we arrived and is equipped with enough crockery and cutlery and cooking utensils for meals prepared at home. The heating is most efficient and we enjoyed the added bonus of the wRead morearming fireplave after some good blowy days out on the coast. The bed was comefy and the furnishings and electrical appliences were in excellent condition. We have a largish car (Volvo V60), but there was still enough room to park directly in front of the house - it's best to reverse in. We can definitely recommend Folly Cottage. Hide

Wonderful cottage - very comfortable and cosy and I would highly recommend it. Everything we needed was there, the location was brilliant - close to both Sheringham and Cromer - and we had a great holiday.

Well equipped cottage. Parking outside was okay but might be a bit difficult if you had a big car.

We had a lovely week at Folly Cottage. The owners have thought of everything to make the stay comfortable with all the mod cons. Nice to have a choice in the evening of enjoying the garden outside, the conservatory or seeking out the comfort of the cooler lounge (we visited during a very hot June week). We didn't investigate the garage as we manageRead mored to squeeze our Kia Ceed onto the space outside the front of the cottage. The location is excellent with half an hour or less to the beach at Holkham, nearby National Trust properties, Parklands, Sandringham slightly further afield and supermarket / petrol at nearby Holt. Would definitely recommend. Hide

We had a very cosy and comfy stay at Folly's Cottage. We didn't explore the immediate village itself, but the cottage worked really well for our young family and was a great hub from which to explore North Norfolk - there is loads to see / do within easy driving reach of the cottage, which itself was very comfortable and clean.
