This is the second time we have stayed here. The location is amazing. The beach is literally on the door step. It was lovely going to sleep and waking up to the sound of the sea. It is also a very short walk to the town. The views from the lounge on the first floor were amazing, looking straight to the beach and sea. We spent the majority of our tiRead moreme on the beach, but there are so many things to do within easy walking distance (2 X mini golf courses, hiring paddle boards, etc). The house is well equipped, with an additional full sized fridge and a small box freezer in the garage which was very handy. We would definitely recommend staying here. Hide

This is our second stay at this lovely house. Proximity to the beach and the town is excellent. The house is very well equipped, spacious and luxurious. The window seat in the master bedroom has to be one of the most magical places in the world, as is the sound of the sea as you fall asleep. A very special home from home - we will be back!

A well positioned property by the promenade, with easy access to amenities. Lots of independent shops bars and restaurants. Close to the Sheringham Museum which is a must. Our favourite place for fish and chips was 'The Sheringham Trawler' in the High Street.

This cottage was super, and promptly reorganised with Gemma that the original cottage that was booked has its water cut off on arrival and was filthy. Thanks to Gemmas hardwork we were relocated to the above cottage which was super and exactly what we needed. Not sure why we didnt book this place first! Would like some feedback about original bookRead moreing and how this has been resolved. Hide

Lovely house overlooking the sea. Close to all amenities. The house was comfortable and clean. This was our second stay and we hope to return again in the near future.

I am so pleased we found this place, its such a treat! The property is a great size for all, clean, comfortable and cosy. We are planning on coming back when the weather is better to really get the coastal/beach experience. Otherwise we had a great time walking around and doing the local shops in Sheringham, Cromer, Holt.

What a great half term break we have here. The kids really loved being so close to the sea (even though it was too cold for them to go in of course). We will certainly be bringing them back in the summer with the body boards and crabbing lines. Thanks

We have had a great 2 week stay in this lovely home. The views from the lounge and master bedroom where fantastic to wake up too. We loved this house and Sheringham a lot. We would certainly like to return in the summer to be able to enjoy the beach a lot more and hot weather. Would recommend to anyone wanting to book. Thanks.

Considering this has been a winter break, we have been fairly lucky with the weather and still been able to enjoy the local walks and picnics on the beach (with blankets and coats of course). We have thoroughly enjoyed our time in this fabulous home. Being right on the sea front has been marvellous and we have enjoyed many evenings on the front decking wrapped up in blankets and watching the sunsets with a glass of wine and book watching the world go by. We will be recommending this place to all our friends and family.
