Situated on a quiet backstreet in Wells-next-the-sea, this charming little fisherman’s cottage provides a peaceful place for an easy town centre retreat. Wander out each morning to reach the locally run bakeries, coffee shops and grocery stores that add to the town’s eclectic charm, choosing to enjoy your morning coffee at the property, out in the conservatory or whilst sitting by the water nearby (300 metres). The cottage itself is a bijou two-bed where four guests will feel right at home, complete with characterful design features and ever-cosy furnishings and interiors.
Little features including a stained-glass window, authentic wooden floorboards and exposed brickwork elevate this cottage’s quirky décor. Step inside to be greeted by a sociable lounge/kitchen/diner space where lazy mornings and restful evenings can be spent. In the lounge, sofas and armchairs are positioned around a Smart TV and a feature fireplace, a fabulous spot for getting stuck into a box set as night falls. When it’s time to retire, wander up spiral stairs to reach a double bedroom with a bathroom adjacent, or continue up another flight of stairs to reach the final bedroom.
