See above. Location was perfect and Sheringham is a pretty little town, so a good base but the property was disappointing.

Location wasn't where we thought it was. Didn't know there was a flat above us or one next to us. There was an over powering smell of blocked drains in the bathroom.

Great little property. Does what it says on the tin! Very close to town and the beach. It has everything you would need and, although small, was actually bigger than I thought.
