A light and spacious house with a beautiful, enclosed garden and lovely countryside views is the perfect holiday base for a family or friends, along with two canine companions. The secluded, three-bedroom property is set on a family farm in the charming village of Langham, within easy reach of pretty coastal villages, sandy beaches and county towns. The gardens are a special feature, with mature trees, wildflowers and masses of enclosed space for dogs and children to play in safety.

The house is comfortably furnished, with a bright, welcoming interior and garden views from every window. Relax on comfortable seating in the roomy lounge and light the wood burner. Doors open to a large conservatory overlooking the garden, while the pretty kitchen/dining room also looks out to grass and trees. A family bathroom and a utility room complete the ground floor. Upstairs, there is a shower room and three inviting bedrooms: a super-king-size, a king-size and a twin. Outside, the private, enclosed rear garden has a large lawn, a spacious patio with outdoor furniture, and a BBQ. A further gravel area houses a picnic bench. The front garden is equally lovely, with mature trees and flowers.

Take a stroll around picturesque Langham, with its narrow streets lined with pretty brick and flint cottages, a historic church and a Grade II-listed village pub serving food. For a day at the seaside and golden, family-friendly beaches, head to delightful Wells-next-the-sea (7 miles), Holkham or Sheringham (both within 10 miles). Pretty Cley-next-the-sea (3.5 miles) has a dog-friendly shingle beach and nature reserve, with boat trips nearby for a close-up view of seals laid up at Blakeney Point. Historic Holt (5 miles) is perfect for browsing, with excellent independent shops, restaurants and cafes. Holkham Hall (9.5 miles) is a splendid country mansion with a gorgeous walled garden.
