Mulberry House is a lovely cottage in Bodham, and only a few minutes drive from both Holt and Sheringham. We found the cottage very comfortable for our short stay. The cottage was spotlessly clean and well equipped. As the description mentions the bedroom/s are in the eves of the house which adds to the charm but can be challenging if you are very Read moretall (over 6 foot). As another reviewer commented, exiting the property onto the busy A148/ can be challenging at busy times. We would happily stay at Mulberry House again. Hide

The location is excellent with east access to Sheringham, Cromer and to Felbrigg and Blickling Halls. The cottage is situated on a busy main road but the traffic noise is not an issue. The only criticism I have of the cottage is the bathroom is situated downstairs, for those who need visit the toilet at night. This is an extremely nice, clean and well equiped property. It is well designed to make use of the available space. More elderly people do need to take care on the stairs (not just children as advised). Extreme care is required when exiting onto Crommer Road which can be very busy at times.

We had a great stay at Mulberry House. The accommodation was modern, spacious and well laid out. It was spotlessly clean and extremely well equipped. The off road private parking is a bonus and the location makes it an ideal base for exploring the North Norfolk area.
