This single-storey barn conversion is a wonderful setting for a holiday along the Norfolk coast. With two bedrooms sleeping up to four guests, it is tucked away on the edge of the picturesque village of Roughton. From the modern creature comforts to the abundance of charm and character, you’ll feel right at home in this wonderful cottage. You will also have access to a shared hot tub and outdoor courtyard, as well as your own private garden.
Inside, characterful wooden beamed ceilings and a brick and flint wall surround the open-plan lounge/dining room. Curl up in front of the wood burner to watch a movie or read a book, before heading into the kitchen to whip up a culinary feast. There are two spacious bedrooms: a king-size with patio doors to the garden, and a twin bedroom. The family bathroom completes the interior. Outside, the private garden and patio offer a perfect setting for al fresco dining or taking a morning coffee amidst the peace and quiet, whilst the shared outdoor areas provide extra seating and an indulgent five-seater hot tub (available for an additional charge). For children there is also a tree swing or compete with a family game of table tennis or enjoy the play fort to enjoy within the complex. For your canine companions there are two fields on site to enjoy a family walk.
