Enter through the double doors, and you'll be greeted by a stylish hall featuring a spiral staircase that leads upstairs. To one side, a cosy snug awaits with comfortable sofas, a TV, and patio doors that open onto the garden. On the ground floor, you'll find two bedrooms, each with patio doors. The first bedroom boasts a king-size bed with an en-suite shower room, while the second bedroom is home to twin beds. A gleaming bathroom completes the ground floor. Climb the spiral staircase or the exterior set of stairs and discover a generously-sized open-plan space encompassing the entire first floor. The well-equipped kitchen awaits your culinary skills, with meals enjoyed around the dining table set against panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. For moments of relaxation, a cosy living corner awaits, complete with a Smart TV and DVD player. In addition to the shared outdoor areas, including a 5-seater hot tub, this cottage boasts a private, enclosed garden. With a lush lawn and a patio equipped with a table, chairs, and a BBQ, the garden is the ideal spot for dining alfresco. For children there is also a tree swing or compete with a family game of table tennis. Enjoy the play fort to enjoy within the complex. For your canine companions there are two fields on site to enjoy a family walk.

Convenience is at your doorstep, with a shop, pub, fish and chip shop, and fishing lake all within 0.5 miles. The nearby coastal resorts of Cromer (4 miles) and Sheringham (7 miles) beckon with their sandy beaches, scenic coastal walks, and delectable seafood. Further along the coast, you'll discover a wealth of delights, from the stunning beach at Mundesley (7 miles) to the grey seal colony at Blakeney Point (17 miles). Heritage enthusiasts will be delighted by the proximity of National Trust properties, including Felbrigg Hall (2 miles) and Blickling Hall (7 miles), as well as the Georgian town of Holt (11 miles).

The £55 cost of the hot tub is not included in the price you see on the booking calendar on this page. The £55 is per booking and sadly can’t be reduced for shorter stays as the majority of the energy cost arises from initially having to heat up the water. Although the owners do their best, they cannot always guarantee the water will be fully heated up to 38 degrees for the first night of a booking.

Absolutely lovely place , we were greeted by the groundskeeper who made our stay very enjoyable, met the owner who was friendly and helpful. Already booked to go back next year

Fantastic location, within a short drive to brilliant dog friendly foodie places, beach and the Broads. The hot tub was a real treat and the accommodation really comfy. Will be back.
