What a disappointment, list of issues too long to list including no hot water for the first day/night, lacking on H&S requirements, no welcome pack ( not even milk for a cup of tea) as advertised, or even a decent information pack!? We are not alone as the comments book is full of complaints by other guests! As ex owners of gold standard holiday Read morelettings for ten years, these owners need decent advice as to requirements and expectations of letting your property for holidays and breaks! Hide

Access to upstairs is uncomfortable because of a low beam in the stairwell. A warning sign exists, but quite difficult for even average height people to avoid bumping heads. Otherwise comments as above.
