The upside-down layout of this three-storey property means that the living area on the second floor benefits from the best views of the sea. Inside, you’ll find a tranquil seating area beside the Juliet balcony with a comfortable sofa and two armchairs in front of the TV. Next to this is a wooden dining table with seating for four. At the other end of the room is a sleek ‘U’-shaped kitchen with sparkling surface tops, glossy cabinets and a convenient dishwasher and washing machine. The ground floor contains a separate WC plus two single bedrooms. On the first floor is a family bathroom plus a king-sized bedroom with an en-suite shower room.

During your stay in the traditional seaside town of Cromer, start your day with a stroll along the beach which is just 200 metres away. Hunt down the famous Banksy murals around the town, visit the pier and learn about the sailing history of Henry Blogg at the museum (within 0.5 miles). There’s also a great selection of cafes, restaurants and shops. Wander the grounds of the National Trust’s Felbrigg Hall, Gardens and Estate (3 miles) or meet the animals of Amazona Zoo (1 mile). Head to Trimingham Beach (6.5 miles) and enjoy a scenic hike along the Sidestrand and Trimingham Cliffs (4.5 miles).

This let us in a great location both for the shops and the promenade. Having a car parking space is a bonus.

A wonderful property that couldn't be better places for Cromer town and beach. Parking makes it incredibly easy. The house has everything one needs for a comfortable stay. Lots of bathrooms 3 good size bedrooms and the top floor has a nice view of the sea. The dishwasher and washing machine were very handy.

A lovely bright and clean property in a good position for beach and the town. We are walkers and did not use the car for the two weeks we were there. We made good use of the buses. Welcome pack much appreciated.

This is our second stay here. The house is in a lovely position, just off the main road running through Cromer town centre and 100 yards from the beach, very close to the pier. Parking is a bonus outside the house. We tend to use public transport once there which is very good. There is a sea view from the lounge window which is on the top floorRead more. The house was absolutely perfect for our family weekend needs, modern, clean and very thoughtfully equipped. Hard to imagine a better location in Cromer with sea views, the lovely quaint town and sea front on your doorstep but tucked away so very quiet. Great to have on site parking which is rare in the old part of Cromer.

Absolutely lovely accommodation in great location. Loved watching the moon and the sunrises from the windows. Everything you need is here. Very comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, great kitchen/diner/sitting room. We had a fabulous stay and will definitely be back. Good to know that no dogs stay at the property too.
