One of three beautifully thatched, single-stored cottages (that can all be booked together), this holiday home sleeps four guests and also welcomes two canine companions. Wake up to the birds singing, walk down to the beach for a blast of sea air and return home to supper under the stars – this lovely cottage is a relaxing retreat for both families and friends.
The open-plan living space boasts two arched French doorways to the outside space, as well as a high arched window which helps to flood the space with light. It’ll be easy to unwind, relax and enjoy a great holiday whilst staying here. The sitting room end of the space is a welcoming area with comfortable seating and TV, whilst the kitchen and dining end has the space and equipment to create culinary masterpieces, with a table at which to devour them. Both the double and the twin bedrooms have en-suites as well as high windows to ensure privacy. Head outside through the French doors to the south-facing garden which receives a lot of sun. It’s a fully enclosed garden and has a patio, table and chairs.
When staying in West Runton, you’ll have the seaside on your doorstep, a seaside that is renowned for its crabbing and fossil hunting opportunities. Build up an appetite and then head to the local fish restaurant for a lovely sit-down meal, or visit the grocer and cook something back at your cottage. There are some appealing activities in the village including golfing and swimming. Head west and discover the open marshes at Stiffkey (15 miles) and Cley-next-the-Sea (11 miles), or take in some other coastal hotspots in the form of Blakeney (12 miles) and Wells-next-the-Sea (20 miles), each with their own unique character. This is a wonderful part of the county and a holiday here will bring back many happy memories for years to come.
