Set across two floors of a classical Cromer terraced house dating back to the 1890s, this inviting two-bedroom maisonette provides the perfect holiday accommodation for up to four guests. It is situated around half a mile from North Lodge Park and Cromer Beach, so everything is within close proximity, ideal if you want to leave the car behind. And when you return to this elegant retreat after your adventures, you can make the most of elegant interiors filled with light from the vast bay windows.

Ascend the staircase to the first floor of the building where you will find the entrance to the apartment. On this first floor, there is a lounge/dining room where you can gather for family film nights on the sofas around the SkyTV. Keep yourselves fuelled with home-cooked treats made in the traditional kitchen, which is equipped with everything you could need to self-cater during your stay. When sleep calls, head up the stairs to the second floor where the king-size and twin bedrooms are located, as well as a family bathroom.

While there is no outside space at the maisonette, the Pavilion Gardens and North Lodge Park, along with a variety of shops and restaurants are all within half a mile when you fancy some fresh air. Amazona Zoo is just 1 mile away for a great day out with the family, the colourful gardens of National Trust’s Sheringham Park are 6 miles away, and the impressive Felbrigg Hall is 2 miles away. There are also two more beaches nearby to discover: Overstrand at 2 miles and East Runton at 1.5 miles.

The flat is spacious and perfectly located for us. It is well equipped and in a quiet street. We would definitely stay there again.

This is a lovely, clean flat on two floors with high ceilings. The living room is large, bright and airy and nicely decorated with a seaside theme. There was plenty of space for two adults, two teenage children and two dogs. It has all mod cons. It is in a quiet location, very close to all amenities. Just a short walk to the sea front and has parkRead moreing outside. We enjoyed trying out some nice restaurants and coffee shops in Cromer. Next time we will book some of the more highly rated restaurants in advance, as this is a popular time of year and many were already booked. Our dogs saw the sea for the first time and had a great time! The flat was perfect for our requirements - we look forward to returning! Hide

Lovely flat over 2 floors. Quite street with plenty of parking during the day. Lovely lounge! Short walk to town. Bus stop at end of street and x40 only 50 min to Norwich!
