A lovely property, well maintained, and we had everything we needed for self catering when we didn't eat out.

Ideal touring location for Norfolk. Village road, a B road, carried exceptional level of traffic, possibly a rat run. Very noisy

The property is convenient for the North Norfolk coast but traffic noise is a problem. Our feelings are that some investment on improvements would then warrant the OC 3 star rating.

Ideal for two people, the bedroom upstairs is quite restrictive due to head height etc. However a very nice comfortable and well appointed cottage. We would stay here again if in the area.
