This is a lovely comfortable property to stay in. Just 4 friends, hence wanting 4 bedrooms, but had there been 7 of us, there still would have been plenty of room. Lovely garden, with a gate to a back area that was perfect for a slightly longer leg stretch for our big dog. Beautiful part of the world altogether.

Very comfortable cottage, not to far from most amenities, nicely situated for both coast and country walks! Well equipped, and comfortable.

The cottage is perfect and has old original features but also brought up to date with a modern kitchen, TV's and Wi-Fi. Main bathroom has a bath and the most amazing shower, another bedroom has on suite and shower, there is also a downstairs toilet. The garden area is ideal for pets and fully enclosed looking over a Christmas Tree plantation and Read morethe patio area catches the evening sun where you can sit out until dusk and listen for the Owls. The cottage is on a quiet offroad track through some trees and extremely quiet and private. There is ample room for parking. The cottage is very well equipped and you will want for nothing. The cottage is in and ideal location for visiting North Norfolk down to The Broads and has a local Co-Op in nearby Reepham and a Tesco just 15 minutes away in Aylsham, there is a pub nearby in Cawston (The Bell). We loved our stay here and would certainly return again. Hide

The location is possibly not for everyone. However it suited our particular requirements as being central for the coast, attractions and Norwich.

There were lots of equipment in the kitchen, the appliances work. But the fridge / freezer behind the kitchen table is practically impossible to access. The back garden is very safe for containing small dogs, no gaps in the fencing! It did feel cozy once you got used to it.

We had a lovely week in Keepers Cottage, well furnished throughout, very comfortable. The cottage is well located about 30 mins drive to Cromer and a little further to Great Yarmouth. We visited the local pub in Reepham and accessed the Broads to paddle board. The secure fence around the property meant that the dog could roam outside without constaRead morently being on a lead and the children enjoyed exploring the garden. The beds are all very comfortable and cosy and the kitchen is spacious and well equipped. We Pauls definitely recommend this cottage as a superb location. Hide
