Follow a low ramp to enter the property, which is located on the owners working farm where, you’ll find a bright and airy open-plan living area with comfortable sofas to snuggle up on surrounding a TV, glass patio doors and a wood burner. The kitchen is also light and spacious with a dining table in the centre of the room, where you can enjoy romantic home-cooked meals. Inside the bathroom is a shower and WC. The double bedroom is the perfect romantic and cosy space to finish your day and enjoy a rejuvenating sleep.

Stay in the heart of Norfolk for a truly relaxing rural getaway. The property is located between the villages of Clint Green (1 mile) and Mattiishall (1 mile). If you’re in the mood for a coffee or dining out there are a handful of eateries and cafes in Mattishall. Enjoy a stroll around the East Bilney Lakes (9.5 miles) or take a picnic to Bawdeswell Heath (9 miles). If you’re visiting during bluebell season, Foxley Wood (12 miles) is a must-see for its vibrant floral blanket in spring. The beaches of the Norfolk Coast Area of Oustanding Beauty are 29 miles away, so don’t forget your swimwear if you think you’ll fancy a dip – the closest is Salthouse Beach (20 miles).

The cottage was lovely and warm and inviting with ample area to park immediately outside the front door. The property was well presented, clean and tidy. The walk in double shower in the bathroom was fabulous and very easy to use. The bedroom was spacious with lots of cupboard and draw space. Perfect location and set-up for a rural holiday with two dogs. Cottage spotless and dog friendly, in the centre of a lovely network of footpaths across the fields. Owners lovely; very friendly and considerate. I am looking forward to coming back.

Excellent accommodation and location, quiet, peaceful yet not too rural. Owners are lovely, very helpful. Property had everything you could possibly need. Safe outdoor seating a bonus for us and our spaniel. Grateful for the welcome pack of milk , flowers and chocolate biscuits.

A very well equipped cottage. Clean and good quality bedding. Everything you need in a kitchen and a lovely enclosed garden set in woodland which attracts various birds.

We very much enjoyed our stay here although we didn't spend much time in the accommodation. It was very handy to start our days out from. As a result we used very little of the supplied equipment, of which was plenty and in very good condition.

We found this property to be the perfect size for the two of us ( and dog). It was in a lovely position, rural yet not remote, being just outside of the village but within easy walking distance. The kitchen had everything you could want and the living room was comfortable with easy access to the garden space. My wife loved it so much she wanted to Read moremove in permanently and Wendy ( the owner ) told us that some people had stayed and asked to buy it afterwards. This is somewhere we would easily recommend and look forward to returning in the not too distant future. Hide

Property was as described and there was everything you could want and more in terms of how well equipped the cottage was. Cottage could have been a little cleaner but it was acceptable. Only downside was the lounge furniture which was extremely uncomfortable and could do with replacing. Overall I would definitely recommend the property and would Read morehappily stay there again. This is one of the best equipped cottages we have used over many years with everything from a lemon squeezer, and a teacosy to spare blankets and a two-pin charger in the shower room.
