A superb location for a relaxing family holiday on the scenic Norfolk coast offering something for everyone. Situated near the heart of the village, you are a short stroll to amenities, not to mention the seaside with its wide, long and gently sloping beach backed by grassy sand dunes. Ideal for long walks, building sandcastles and relaxing, the beach is also dog friendly if you wish to take your four-legged friends. Enjoy a family day out at Great Yarmouth Pleasure Beach (4 miles) where you’ll find a plethora of rides of all kinds as well as a fascinating quayside, seafront with illuminations, pier, promenades, and traditional seaside amusement arcades. Pleasurewood Hills family theme park is just 12 miles away which is a great day out, and a little further afield is BeWILDerwood (15 miles) and the magical waterways of the Norfolk Broads to explore.

Enter this modern end-terrace house into the hallway which leads to the lounge area, which has a Smart TV and a comfortable L-shape sofa which can seat up to six guests - ideal for cosying up with loved ones whilst you watch or stream a movie in the evening after a long day out on the beach. The dining area is next and boasts a lovely corner dining table which faces another Smart TV, ideal to keep the little ones busy at dinner time whilst the chef of the group is lovingly preparing a hearty meal in the kitchen just beyond. Completing the ground floor is the family shower room with a WC. Upstairs, you have a super-king bedroom, a king-size bedroom and a twin room, all bedrooms have ample storage space for your clothes and personal items, and all boast Smart TVs perfect for when you want to stream your own favourite show.

Outside to the rear of the property is a patio area with a picnic bench and an artificial grass area, ideal for your four-legged friends to run around and for those who want to relax in the garden in the evening with a cocktail or two whilst indulging in some good food al fresco style.

Lovely modern spacious property. We didn't even use the main living room, the open plan kitchen/diner is such a convivial space. We hadn't expected all the provisions already there for us on arrival, incredibly generous. The nearby 'dog friendly' pub is extremely welcoming and literally 60 seconds away. Very clean, tidy and modern with everything you need and located in the lovely coastal village of Caister-on-Sea, just a few minutes walk from the beach and all amenities. We have stayed here a couple of times this year and will likely stay again in the future for sure. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely stay. The property had everything that we needed, it was modern stylish and comfortable. Close to the beach and a short drive in to Great Yarmouth. A true home from home. We wish we had booked for a longer stay.

Excellent place to stay, comfy, clean and fab location just 2 minutes from the beach. Several pubs and takeaways in the very close area and ideally located between Hemsby and Great Yarmouth. Would certainly come back.

Myself, my husband, our son and our dogs stayed at number 41 for a long period and we couldnt be more grateful to have been able to stay in such a beautiful house. So many touches were added to make our stay feel homely and welcoming. We enjoyed being so close to the beach (literally a two minute walk in one direction) and the high street the otherRead more.
