A homely holiday property with a lovely, enclosed garden patio, nestled in the Victorian seaside village of Heacham in the heart of Norfolk. This inviting abode is perfect for a family escape or getaway with friends plus a couple of dogs too. Breathe in the salty ocean air as you enjoy a morning meander along the North Beach promenade (within 1 mile), before returning home to graze through an al fresco breakfast spread in the secluded garden.

This holiday home features a bright interior with airy rooms, breezy indoor-outdoor living, and coastal-inspired design touches. Slip off sandy shoes at the door then head along the cool tile flooring into the kitchen/diner. Rustle up a post-adventure feast in the shaker kitchen or perch by the breakfast bar to chat. Gather at the charming dining table to share supper together. In warmer months, throw open the patio doors to let the summer breeze in. After dinner, step through the double doors to the lounge and sink onto the soft seats with dessert. Flick through the Smart TV or get out the board games for your evening entertainment. Ascend the staircase to find three bright bedrooms. Choose from an en-suite double, a cosy twin, and a double. Stepping outside, soak up the morning sun from the enclosed patio, peppered with potted plants and mature shrubs.

Feel the salty ocean spray as you embark on a seal spotting boat ride from Hunstanton promenade (3 miles). Watch the locals sailing while you lounge at a harbourfront cafe in Brancaster Staithe (12 miles) then revel in the grandeur of Holkham Hall (16.5 miles) as you peruse the beautifully groomed gardens.

A nice small holiday home, well equipped and clean. Sits right on main road through village so a bit noisy in bedroom with work traffic. Small secure garden and parking for 1 car. Ideal for small family, but space in 2nd bedroom a little tight for 4 adults, but bed very comfortable. 30 min slow stroll to the beach along roads. 3 village pubs. TescoRead more Shop 5 min walk. Lavender farm with lovely cafe 15 min walk(you need to cross very busy road). Hide

We had a very nice time at the Cottage and hope to return again soon. Only a 2 minute walk from Tesco express ,fish and chip shop and also a cycle hire shop. I walked to the beach most days which only took about 5 minutes but you can go by car as there is a pay and display car park. We also had Sunday lunch at the West Norfolk which was very nice.
