Located above a deli serving fresh food this second storey property is ideally placed for couples or a small family looking to explore Norfolk within easy reach of the coast and the famous Norfolk Broads.

Immerse yourself in the captivating beauty of Norfolk's stunning landscapes, convenient cycle paths, and the renowned Norfolk Broads when you choose to stay in this second-storey property. This charming cottage is positioned atop a delightful deli and serves as the ideal escape for couples or families of four.

Make your way up the stairs and into this welcoming apartment. At the heart of the home is the spacious lounge/diner, with a simple and stylish colour scheme, for a truly relaxing experience. Curl up here, watch your favourite boxsets, or enjoy a movie together while cuddling on the pillowy L-shaped sofa. The chic kitchen is equipped with everything you could need to prepare breakfasts, lunches and dinners and even boasts a handy wine cooler for a glass or two in the evenings. When eyelids begin to droop, head through to the beautiful bedrooms, including a king-size with a dressing table and a twin room with zip-and-link beds that can be made into a super-king-size bed. Both bedrooms share the use of the contemporary shower room. In the morning, carry up treats you’ve picked up from the deli and enjoy them out on the small, enclosed patio.

Use two wheels or two feet to explore the Marriot's Way, a 26-mile footpath that runs through lovely scenery and offers the chance to spot various birds, animals, and plants. For days on the sand, Sheringham and Wells-next-the-Sea are both within 22 miles, while the stunning shores of Cromer are just 16 miles away and provide the opportunity to tuck into its famous crab dishes. If you prefer discovering the scenery by boat, then we recommend hiring one at The Broads (20 miles) to spot more than a quarter of Britain's rarest animals and plants.

An enjoyable stay in a comfortable spot. We will have to come back again and continue our exploration of North Norfolk. The lookout is an ideal holiday let for a nice quiet stay in North Norfolk. Very well equipped, clean and comfortable. The owners are on hand locally and in the shop below through the day for any advice and help. By the way, the Norfolk pasties sold in the shop below are scrumptious. The info file in the flat recommends a few pubs locally where youRead more can eat and take the dog, we recommend the black boys and the rat catchers, the food was top notch in both. Would highly recommend the lookout. Hide

The accommodation was comfortable and clean. Kitchen fully equipped and bedrooms were big enough. Location is only 25 minutes away from Norwich Airport and 45 minutes away from Great Yarmouth.

A lovely flat. STAIRS are difficult. Very comfortable and clean. Parking very easy, if you can't get around the back of the property there was plenty of free parking around the front. Close to Aylesham and Bure steam railway , and to Norwich. Would highly recommend this property but beware of the stairs.

We had a lovely week at the Lookout. Clean and spacious, comfortable beds and a good shower! I know others have written about the stairs, but they were not a problem. Easy distance to the coast, NT properties and Norwich. Friendly owners and a good Deli below.

Fabulous and extremely clean property with amazing space to relax in. Great location for the best that Norfolk has to offer. As mentioned in other reviews the spiral staircase is a tad tricky, especially if you have large and heavy luggage.

Lovely, comfortable apartment for a very relaxing stay. Plenty of space to spread out at the end of the day. The spiral staircase is quite steep, but wasn't a problem for us. Breakfast in the Deli below is one of the best I've had in years - but so filling we forgot to have lunch :)

The apartment was lovely. It is large, comfortable and well equipped. The tea, coffee and cake were much appreciated. Nicely located. Delicious breakfast served in the cafe downstairs and a decent shop for your other needs. Great place but it must be said the staircase is a challenge!!

We had a very comfortable and lovely stay for two weeks at the Lookout! We visited with our two young children and it was very comfortable and memorable stay. We felt very welcome and supported by the hosts! Also really enjoyed the little touches of local baked goods and drink left for us! Thank you :) Would definitely recommend!
