Offering cosy accommodation for four guests, the cottage is less than a mile from the golden sands of Mundesley Beach and is a perfect retreat for walkers, nature lovers and cyclists exploring the quaint towns, beautiful coastline and spellbinding countryside of north-eastern Norfolk.

Entering this bright and cosy cottage, the hall leads you through to the snug and relaxing lounge. An ideal space to unwind in at the end of a great day out, the lounge has plenty of comfortable seating and a Smart TV, perfect for snuggling up and enjoying a favourite movie. You can prepare and share a delicious family meal in the fresh and fully equipped kitchen/diner. Stairs lead up to the two light and refreshing bedrooms on the first floor: a cosy twin room and the charming master bedroom with a double bed. This floor also features a stylish family bathroom. Outside, the back garden has a patio with outdoor furniture, providing an ideal spot to enjoy a glass or two of wine on a warm summer’s evening.

The pretty seaside village of Mundesley has a beautiful beach with shallow rock pools, colourful beach huts along the promenade and a great range of pubs, cafes and restaurants. Heading east along the coast, you can visit the Happisburgh Lighthouse (7.5 miles). To the west is the bustling resort of Cromer (9 miles) with its range of amusements and chances to sample the world-famous Cromer crabs. Heading inland you can explore the historic city of Norwich (20 miles) or visit Felbrigg Hall (8.5 miles), the Blickling Estate (12.5 miles) and BeWILDerwood (15 miles).

Beautiful cottage, spotlessly clean. Very well equipped. Owners left milk and biscuits lovely welcoming touch. Great location a lovely quaint village, with a beautiful beach close by.

The property is a credit to the owners as it is extremely clean and they have thought of every requirement and more. The road to the property is a bit of a let down as it is full of potholes. Mundesley has a lovely sandy beach which our dog Peggy loved. The village is lacking as there is only one pub/restaurant and a lot of the shops are empty/closRead moreed. Lovely cottage clean well equipped the tea bags milk and biscuits were a lovely touch and even the dog was left a towel and treats very thoughtful quite location walking distance to the village and the best beach the dogs can go all year round I suggest you take a couple of fold up chairs because once on the beach you wont want to leav.

This was without doubt our holiday let vacation to date. The owners of the let went over and above with nice little surprise extras like a pint of milk, ice in the fridge and freezer and even a doggy treat and doggy poop bags. Lovely, well equipped cottage in a quiet location. It was modern, exceptionally clean and very dog friendly with an enclosed garden. Lovely cottage to stay in, its so peaceful and quiet. Second time here and both perfect. Weather was good and enjoyed good walks on the surrounding beaches with our dog. A good base to stay as so many local places to visit. Cozy, clean cottage with nice homely touches, would highly recommend. We will be back.

Winns Cottage meets all your needs. Ideally situated for visiting all the surrounding areas, Sheringham, Cromer, Horsey (seals on the beach), Winterton-on-Sea and Wells Next the Beach. Local beach Mundesley is 10-15 minute walk or 3 minutes in a car. Almost everywhere in Norfolk is dog friendly.

We had a lovely weeks stay at Winn's cottage, we managed two beach days and two trips to cromer. We had a lovely pub lunch at the Vernon Arms 2 miles away and one at the Ship Inn in the village. The village has everything you could need, the ice cream parlour was a daily visit as was the 2p arcade. Winns cottage is brilliant. Well equipped with everything you need, comfortable bed, very clean and modern decor. Very dog friendly . It is in a quiet location but within easy reach of beaches and places to visit. I cant recommend it highly enough. Fabulous.

Lovely cottage with plenty of space and a gorgeous kitchen. A little further from the beach than we expected and the shortest route did not have any pavements along quite a small winding road. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again!

The cottage was perfect for three of us and a Labrador. We had everything we needed and felt at home. Lovely touch to leave dog treats which were eaten on arrival. We had a wonderful stay at Winns Cottage. It was a great location, although we stayed in November so it was out of season for most of the activities for children, we still enjoyed the beautiful beaches. On a particularly rainy day we went to North Walsham and tried the soft play (Stompers) which also had bowling. Overall lovely cottage but too far out from the village and seafront. It was not a ten minute walk as described, more like 20 minutes along road before the path joined in.
