Celebrate a special occasion or simply enjoy some quality time away together when you book a group holiday in the Norfolk market town of Holt. Sleeping eight people, and also welcoming one dog, the splendid, four-bedroom house, which has a hot tub, is in an exceptional location for anyone keen to be near the colourful independent shops and renowned eateries of Holt. Less than 4 miles from the beach at Salthouse and 7 miles from the famous Victorian, seaside town of Sheringham, this is also a great base from which to explore north Norfolk.

Enter the impressive, modern house via the colonnaded porch and hall. Gather in the lounge to watch the Smart TV, with Sky, as the wood burner crackles in the background. Find the snug is the perfect place to retreat with your book for a few moments and that there is a useful boot room for storage; a utility room with a washer/dryer, plus a ground-floor WC. Wander into the kitchen/diner and enjoy your favourite programme on the Smart TV while you prepare dinner. Make your way up to the first floor to discover the bedrooms, including two king-sizes, with en-suite shower rooms, a double and a twin, with zip-and-link beds that can be arranged as a super-king-size in advance. There is also a family bathroom. Soak up the sunshine in the garden on fine days; bubble in the hot tub, relax in the garden pod and cook supper on the BBQ. Find parking for four cars at the property.

Explore the National Trust’s Sheringham Park, 4 miles away, and Felbrigg Hall, 9 miles away. While away your afternoons in Cromer, 10 miles away, where you can wander along the pier, and take a trip out to see the seals from Blakeney, 5 miles from the holiday home.

  • There is an Accidental Damage Deposit of £350 when booking at this property, however this may be waived for £40. We’ll provide more details about this when booking your holiday.

A great house with everything you need as a family. Very well furnished and equipped, with four good sized bedrooms and bathrooms. Well located for all that north Norfolk offers.

We had a lovely stay at Minerva House. The house was incredibly well equipped and very well set up for a three generation family visit plus a dog. Its in a great location with a 20min walk into Holt which has lots of lovely shops, pubs and cafes. Not a cottage, but a large Georgian house. Lots of useful space downstairs, including a snug and downstairs loo, plus the utility room. Although situated on a large and expanding housing estate, the house is not far from the local town and all the surrounding popular places, such as Blakeney, Salthouse, Cley, Sherringhsm etc. The property is very wRead moreell equipped, with a lovely Kitchen Aid coffee maker, loads of crockery and cutlery, making life simple when preparing food. A fabulous house in a great location for exploring the beautiful North Norfolk coast. Very clean, comfortable and relaxing. The pod and hot tub are just perfect, especially after a long walk along the many trails that Norfolk has to offer. Lovely house, perfectly situated for walks and within easy reach of the coast too. Very well equipped kitchen with everything you could need. Please note there are only two showers, the bathroom shower is a hand held shower and there is no shower curtain or screen. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or upstairs.

Beautiful property on a new estate, the kitchen was equipped with everything you could ask for, the whole house was spotless and comfortable, lovely enclosed quiet garden. This is a beautiful house a short walk from Holt which has lots of amenities. Very well equipped kitchen. We loved the hot tub and garden pod. Would definitely recommend.

This is a really lovely, well looked after and well-equipped property. The owners have taken a lot of care to make this house comfortable and a real home from home. They seem to have thought of everything! The one thing missing was hand towels for every guest (the only hand towels provided were for hand washing in the bathrooms), so perhaps bring sRead moreome along if needed.
