This lovely cottage, full of traditional charm, is situated in the village of Southrepps and is perfect for families or friends looking for a relaxing holiday with easy access to the scenic North Norfolk Coast with its sandy beaches, quaint seaside villages and spectacular scenery. One of the finest sandy beaches in North Norfolk is 4.5 miles away; Mundesley Beach is popular with swimmers, offers miles of walks and the chance for plenty of sandcastle competitions.

Step into this attractive property, set over two floors, and you will immediately fall in love with the homely feel of the original character features; sloping ceilings blend with contemporary comforts create an unforgettable stay. The hallway leads to a welcoming lounge where you can unwind on the comfortable sofas, pop a log on a wood burner set in an eye-catching rustic brick fireplace and watch TV. The attractive dining area boasts exposed wooden beams, a beautiful wooden table and dresser, and a chandelier creating a unique setting for meals. The kitchen is next to the dining room and has all you need to whip up hearty meals. On the ground floor you’ll find a handy shower room. Head upstairs from the dining area, and at one end of the hallway is a king-size bedroom, while at the other end are a twin and double bedroom. A bathroom completes the features of this delightful cottage. Outside, the rear enclosed garden is perfect for children to play in, and with a table and chairs, it provides the ideal setting for al fresco dining on fine evenings.

There are plenty of family-friendly attractions in this part of Norfolk, including the National Trust Blickling Estate and the picturesque historic Georgian town of Holt less than 15 miles away. Holt is home to a beautiful country park and is at one end of th4 the North Norfolk Railway that turns to Sheringham on the coast. If you fancy a traditional day at the seaside, Cromer is 5.5 miles.

Lovely property full of character and very comfortable. Well equipped. Quiet village location, great playground and excellent pub, village shop and lovely church, friendly neighbours. Not far to the coast, some historic houses and a heritage railway.

Lovely cottage fantastic location clean and tidy had everything a family would need, great pub Vernon Arms 100yards away, beautiful village beach 10 minutes away highly recommended.We enjoyed our stay we love Southrepps definitely would come back.

Lovely cottage in lovely area. Great pub down the lane which has great food and dog friendly. It was a great place to visit various towns and beaches. Cottage was lovely and comfortable and log burner was great for a chilly evening.

Lovely cottage in a super quiet location. The kitchen was well equipped, loved the crockery colours. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. The teens appreciated the wii and large dvd collection on a rainy afternoon. Excellent secure garden for the dog, would definitely stay again.

We were honoured to be able to stay in this beautiful property. It has a delightful cottage 'feel' to it yet it's surprisingly spacious. The cleanliness was of a very high standard and it smelled fresh. We took our dog with us and the secure garden gave us the pleasure of letting her out without having to follow her every move. The cottage was spotless, cosy and extremely well equipped. Southrepps is a lovely quiet village 15 minutes drive from Cromer and only 40 minutes to The Broads. The Vernon Arms pub in the village serves good quality food and was very welcoming with a live folk night every other Thurs. The local shop was also well stocked and very handy. A cosy cottage with a variety of levels upstairs. It is clean, well equipped and well situated. The village has a lovely playground and a good sized field. The Vernon Arms, just down the road, has a welcoming atmosphere and serves a wide ranging, well cooked menu.
