Cottage was well equipped, in an ideal location using it as a base for Wells. Visit the Stores for coffee/cake and it was also well stocked for everyday items. We visited Fakenham one wet day and it was a good visit, also had a Tesco/Morrisons/Aldi/Lidl if you wanted to stock up and petrol. Thoroughly recommend this cottage, it was a cosy bolthole

A well equipped, comfortable cottage in a quiet location with nice outdoor space. 10 min walk to the beautiful saltmarshes and the coastal path. The shop which sells coffee and cakes and the pub in the village are both good. The coast road bus stop is nearby and ran every 30 mins.

Tucked away in the village of Stiffkey with its back to the main road, this is a pretty and comfortable cottage. There are footpaths down to the marsh with walks to Blakeney or Wells. Handy for the bus!

We loved this cottage and the location. The south-facing terrace meant we were having morning coffee afternoon tea/early evening meal outside. The location is peaceful and feels rural. A short-cut means you can get to the shop in 5 minutes or so, the pub is about a 10 minute walk and serves excellent food and great service. The coast and salt marshRead morees are a short walk away too. The cottage had everything we needed, including the best salad spinner we've ever seen! We'd love to return. Hide

A perfect cottage. Warm and comfortable on the inside and pretty as a picture on the outside. Private parking away from the road left plenty of space for our car and a safe place for kids to play. Walking distance to a first class pub and local store/ cafe and a short drive to shops and fish and chips! Most relaxing break we've had in years.

This cottage looks like a proper Norfolk cottage and is lovely and private. If you like walking and nature watching it is in an ideal place. Very little driving required when going out. Plenty of parking and outdoor seating. We have stayed here more than once, which says it all really.
