Super stylish and spacious, this welcoming holiday home has been thoughtfully designed with neutral tones and pleasant furnishings, ideal for a group of six friends or family members. Situated in the charming market town of Holt, there is plenty to see and do for countryside and coast lovers.

The heart of this home is the spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Flooded with light from the windows on nearly every wall, this space is very warm and welcoming. To one end is the lounge where you can get comfortable on the sofas after busy days exploring, and flick on the Smart TV. Beyond this is a dining area with a large table and a breakfast bar for quick bites to eat and morning coffees. Prepare delicious dinners or wholesome breakfasts in the well-equipped kitchen which has plenty of storage and surface space. Upstairs are the three sumptuous bedrooms, choose from two super-king-sizes (which can be made up as twins on request), and a twin bedroom. Completing the interior is a bathroom with a walk-in shower cubicle, bath, and a WC. Outside is a little unenclosed courtyard area which has a table and chairs for al fresco dining.

Set within the Georgian town of Holt, there is an abundance of independent shops, eateries, antique shops and galleries within 500 metres, and the 100-acre Holt Country Park is just 0.5 miles away. If you are a group of keen walkers, head for the sea and walk the Norfolk Coast Path which stretches through the county and passes some incredible views. Blakeney National Nature Reserve (5.5 miles) is a diverse and wildlife-rich landscape, well worth a visit.

  • At  the rear of the property there is  permanently fixed Sheffield cycle stand, the stand can accommodate up to 2 bike. The design of the stand enables front and rear wheels and cycle frames to be properly secure. The area is easily accessible, well lit and overlooked from the kitchen window
  • The owner will only accept 3 or 7 night bookings from a Friday changeover any other length of stay needs to be confirmed with them at the time of booking
  • The Post office needs access through the road for early hour deliveries,the post office is located behind the property
     
  • This property will be decorated for Christmas
  • Arrival: 16:00 onwards
  • Departure: before 10:00, unless otherwise stated in your arrival details
  • 2 dogs allowed. Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week
  • There is an Accidental Damage Deposit of £250 when booking at this property, however this may be waived for £30. We’ll provide more details about this when booking your holiday.

Great property. Wonderful position in the centre of Holt. Clean and comfortable. We have stayed here on 3 occasions and would recommend.

The property is in a perfect location moments away from the town centre. It's lovely open plan and modern. The welcome pack is the best we have ever received so thank you very much. The beds were a little too firm for us and surprisingly had no mattress covers or pillow protectors. The rooms were lovely. Our biggest issue was not being able to openRead more the patio doors during a heatwave because we had our dog and there's no fence so we had to be careful and always close the door behind us. Hide

Great cottage, wonderful position, but I don't know whose fault it was that there was two key boxes given, and with two different numbers also the cleaning hadn't been done, no beds made up. Everyone very helpful to get it sorted, but this should never have happened in the first place!
