A patio area outside complete with furniture provides a relaxing outdoor space where you can share an evening drink. As beautiful North Norfolk is a Dark Sky Discovery Site, once the sun has set, you can spot the stars while relaxing on the patio.
At either Blakeney Harbour (4 miles) or Morston Quay (2.5 miles) you can catch a boat out to the famous Blakeney Point to see the seals. The best time to go is during the winter months as this special area is a breeding site for seals; during the months of November – early January you can spot seal pups lounging on the rocks. Holt Country Park (7 miles) and Sheringham Park (9 miles) are both great inland areas for rambling and while in this direction you could also visit the grand Felbrigg Estate (14 miles). Continue down the coast for the fantastic seaside town of Cromer (14 miles) or head back west along the coast to discover the magnificent Holkham Hall & Estate (12 miles) where the bird watching opportunities are abundant.
