Take the stairs to the first floor of the building and open your front door, leading to private stairs to the second floor. Here you’ll enter the spacious apartment, decorated in a combination of soft colours with timber textures. From the lounge you can access a large balcony and enjoy rooftop vistas over Cromer. The kitchen/diner is three steps down and includes not only a dining table for eight but also an excellent kitchen with everything you’ll need for cooking up delicious holiday meals. From here you can stroll across to the snug, which boasts a TV and an Xbox for further entertainment. The huge, king-size bedroom is decorated in breezy coastal style and includes an en-suite shower room, while the other two bedrooms, a compact double and a twin, share a family bathroom. Let fresh sea air flow through the apartment when you open the doors to the decked balcony. This fabulous space is partly covered, and includes a seating area which is perfect for relaxing with a morning cuppa or a sundowner.

The apartment is above a shop in the heart of Cromer, where you’ll find plenty to do for all ages and an array of enticing places to eat – don’t miss the delicious fresh seafood while you’re there. For the little ones, Amazona Zoo is just 1 mile away. The National Trust’s Felbrigg Hall is 3 miles, and the nature reserve at Blakeney Point, home to England’s largest grey seal colony, is 13 miles.

Lovely apartment in great location in town centre. Noise from traffic was minimal , and very quiet at night. Balcony is a lovely bonus.

Brilliant location for walks, buses, parking, Co-op and other useful shops, restaurants and bars. flat was comfortable, bright and airy, everything we needed, minor issue attended to promptly by owners, Cromer has everything you need for a great holiday plus easy access to other interesting places
