Make special memories with family or friends in this elegant and relaxing four-bedroom house. Offering a lawned garden for al fresco dining as well as plenty of space to relax inside, it’s close to Old Hunstanton’s sandy beach as well as a choice of places to eat and drink.

This impressive property feels like a home from home, and has a choice of areas in which everyone can either gather together or spread out to enjoy some quiet times. In the lounge/diner there’s a large dining table surrounded by antique chairs, and a pair of comfortable sofas gathered around an open fire. Alternatively, the snug across the hall boasts entertainment in the form of a piano, Smart TV and CD player, plus a selection of board games. For anyone preparing holiday meals, the kitchen offers everything necessary, including a double oven and a microwave, and the utility room next door contains the washer/dryer and a WC. Two of the three twin bedrooms are also on the ground floor, one very spacious and the other more compact, both with en-suite showers. On the first floor you’ll find a king-size bedroom as well as a twin that has its own large roof terrace overlooking the garden, plus a family bathroom. The wraparound garden includes a patio with a BBQ and outdoor dining set, a table tennis table and a generous lawn. There are also three bikes which you may borrow.

The house is set in tranquil Old Hunstanton, where you’ll find a shop, cafe and pub. In the livelier seaside resort of Hunstanton, just next door, there’s a variety of places to eat, shops and a sea-life sanctuary, plus beachfront amusements and the famous striped cliffs. For day trips, Houghton Hall and the Sandringham Estate are both within 20 miles.

A comfortable house in a great location, within walking distance to beach, pubs and shops. Well equipped kitchen and utility room, comfortable beds, an open fire which was cosy in December. Very good good wifi signal.

Great location, walking distance to the beach which is ideal for dog walks. Beds very comfy since all mattresses have been replaced. Walking distance to local shop and post office and caley hotel, lodge bar and hotel and mariners bar which are all dog friendly. Love the area, so peaceful.

Location is excellent, quiet and easy walk to the lovely beach. Walking distance to local shop and hotel, pub and restaurant. House is a lovely size with everything you need inside. Just needs some tlc. Would be great if a fence could enclose garden so dogs cant get out into other gardens. We have booked again next year, love the area.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was so spacious for our family to spread about and not get on top of each other. A safe garden area for our granddaughter too. The location was perfect, with a short walk to the most beautiful beach and also two lovely restaurants again a short walk. We were very lucky with the weather too.
