From the moment you step inside, you’ll notice the airy and sophisticated interiors with a wooden-beamed ceiling in the neutral-toned lounge containing a feature fireplace, comfortable sofas and a traditional cottage charm. Continue up a small step into the blue and white open-plan kitchen/diner with red-tiled flooring and plenty of space for hosting a dinner party. On one side of the room is a dining table and on the other is a one-wall fitted kitchen with a range-style oven. Around the corner is a utility space and also on the ground floor is a WC. There is also a snug room with a TV – perfect for children to have their own space. Upstairs is a family bathroom with a freestanding pedestal bath and a walk-in shower plus three bedrooms – an en-suite king-size, a double, and a twin room. Outside, in the enclosed garden, is a patio with furniture plus an external games room with table tennis, a dart board and an iPod dock.

While staying in Weybourne, stroll around the village to discover the local pub, a convenience store and the dramatic ruins of Weybourne Priory (all within 0.5 miles). Head along Beach Lane to reach the sand and shingle shores of Weybourne Beach (0.5 miles). West will take you to Salthouse Beach and Salthouse Marshes nature reserve (2.5 miles) – which is a fantastic spot for birdwatching.

• 1 dog allowed. Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week
• There is an Accidental Damage Deposit of £250 when booking at this property, however this may be waived for £30. We’ll provide more details about this when booking your holiday.
