We had a lovely time at the cottage. It's close to Cromer and Sherringham but quiet and peaceful. The cottage was clean, well furnished and had everything we needed. And we had a lovely little patio outside all to ourselves. We will definitely be back again.

Great location for visiting north Norfolk - Cromer, Blickling estate etc - with the benefit of being a little out of the way from other holiday makers and with dedicated parking. Friendly hosts who were available if needed but left us to it. Comfy and clean. Small but everything we needed. Kids loved the garden with swings/slide.

We enjoyed returning to The Green each evening, and would have liked the outside area in warmer weather. The shower was good, bed comfy and we appreciated the kitchen facilities, TV and information leaflets. Really nice and comfortable cottage, ideal for two people. The owners, Linda and Andy, are very friendly and are always available if needed. Thoroughly recommend a visit to Horsey Gap (for the seals) and Fairhaven Gardens and Water Park. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
