As you enter the annexe, you’ll find yourself in the airy yet snug open-plan lounge/kitchen with neutral-tone walls, a vaulted wooden beamed ceiling and a splash of yellow and orange throughout the decor. Soft furnishings and ambient contemporary lights create a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere in the relaxing lounge area. The L-shaped kitchen with dark countertops and white cabinets contains a convenient dishwasher. Inside the family shower room is a large walk-in shower. Climb two steps to reach the double bedroom and three steps to the single bedroom with an additional pull-out bed. Outside is a private patio with furniture and a BBQ.
While staying in the small village of Thorpe Market, you’ll be on the edge of the Norfolk Coast National Landscape (less than 0.5 miles) with a local pub and a farm shop within 1.5 miles. Head to the coast for a classic seaside day out in Cromer (5 miles) – where you can stroll along the pier, visit the RNLI Henry Blogg Museum and grab an ice cream or some fish and chips. Soak up the sea views on a walk along Sidestrand and Trimmingham Cliffs (3.5 miles) or enjoy bird watching at Salthouse Marshes Nature Reserve (15 miles). Also nearby is the 15th-century National Trust Felbrigg Hall, Gardens and Estate (5 miles).
