Sitting in the sleepy village of Suffield Common, this stunning house, with space for ten plus two four-legged friends, makes the ideal backdrop for a wonderful break. It has extensive gardens, a cosy wood burner, five bedrooms and four bathrooms, and is perfectly located for enjoying North Norfolk’s wonderful towns and beaches.

The house has been fitted and furnished with incredible attention to detail, with luxurious, contemporary additions complementing the original features. Go past the boot room into the well-equipped, lovely and light kitchen/diner with gorgeous stone flooring and wooden beams, a dining table and a breakfast bar. The utility room houses the washing machine and tumble dryer, and leads to a separate WC, as well as one of the two lounges, a cosy space for relaxing. A second lounge is on the other side of the house with comfy seating, a wood burner, and a TV/DVD. There are three bedrooms on the first floor, two doubles, one with an en-suite shower room, and a twin, and the gorgeous family bathroom. The spacious king-size bedroom with built-in wardrobes, and a pretty twin room are on the second floor along with a shower room. Outside, there are 2 acres of lawns to enjoy, a walled courtyard with a BBQ for evenings alfresco, an outdoor shower, and a pretty pond and stream.

Head out for picturesque walks and bike rides on the local lanes and footpaths. Go crabbing on Cromer Pier (7.5 miles) and visit the quaint villages of North Walsham (3.5 miles), Aylsham (4 miles) and Mundesley (6 miles), which has a wonderful beach. Norwich is only 17 miles away, home to a 12th-century cathedral and Norman castle, and the Norfolk Broads are nearby too (15 miles).

Beautiful spacious house which accommodated our party of nine very comfortably.

An attractive house which was extremely clean. Very well stocked with cutlery and crockery so we never ran out. The garden is well maintained. All in all a great place to stay and I would be happy to return in the future.
