Featuring flagstone floors and a table seating two, the room is bursting with charm and doubles as a lovely spot for your morning coffee. Segregated by a staircase, the living room is warm and welcoming with a selection of original features including an exposed brick fireplace and a wood burner which is a delight in the winter months. Two large leather sofas ensure plenty of seating for all guests around the fire. Adjoining the lounge is the formal dining table with seating for six and views out towards the picturesque garden. A wooden staircase leads you up to the first floor where the master bedroom is located, tastefully decorated in hues of blue, paired with antique furniture and a double bed. Next door is a twin bedroom, also sympathetically styled in keeping with the history of the property. The bedrooms share use of the spacious bathroom which includes both a shower cubicle and a comfortable bathtub for your enjoyment. Outside, the enclosed garden has a lush green lawn as well as a terraced area with seating for any outdoor dining, whilst the stone summer house is a great place to cool off or shelter from the rain.

Visit Sandringham Estate (3 miles) to marvel at the well-kept gardens and parkland before stopping off in the tearoom for a tasty treat, or opt for a day at Houghton Hall and Gardens, each of which boasts a lengthy, interesting history for you to explore. To spend a traditional day at the beach, head to Hunstanton (5 miles). A pleasant cottage in a lovely location. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the location and the well kept surroundings which were particularly suitable for our two dogs. The cottage itself is small but fairly comfortable and well equipped. It would benefit from better mattresses and a more powerful shower.

Absolutely beautiful cottage. Well equipped with everything we needed, cozy, homely and comfortable. Stunning garden, private and enclosed which was perfect for our dog. Fabulous location, ample parking, beautiful scenery and perfect in every way. Local Coop was very useful for food shopping and Rose & Crown pub was great for evening meals.
