Once a hospital, this Victorian building has tonnes of character, and this ground-floor apartment has its own entrance. Head inside and find yourself in the bright lounge where you can kick back and relax on the sofa and reflect on your day. A handy TV is also provided should you wish to catch up on your favourite shows. The kitchen/diner has everything you need to cook and enjoy a fulfilling breakfast or a tasty evening meal. When you are ready to get some shuteye, slip through the hall and into the bedroom which has a double bed. A stylish shower room completes the interior. Take your morning coffee outside to the front of the apartment where a lovely bistro table set sits on a small patio.

A lovely cosy apartment in a quiet location with well maintained grounds. With the added bonus of allocated parking. Ideal for couples. The tea, coffee, sugar, milk and biscuits is a lovely gesture and just what is needed on arrival.

Clean, comfortable and well equipped apart from the suite in the lounge which being a light colour looked in need of a shampoo. We were able to leave the car in the parking space and use local buses to get about. It took about 15 minutes slow walk to the bus station. Weather was mixed but fine enough to walk along the coast in stages from WeybourneRead more to Mundesley. Also visited Blickling Estate, Felbrigg Hall, Sheringham Museum and RNLI Museum in Cromer. Well equipped, clean and warm. Beautifully kept grounds, thanks to the friendly and helpful Robin. Close to the excellent bus service, being oldies with bus passes, we took full advantage, though ticket prices are very low anyway. The flat is only a 15 minute walk from the seafront.

Great location for walking into town, catching buses and getting to the Norfolk Coastal Path and other walking routes. Accommodation tidy, clean and I would highly recommend for an able couple. Has an area to sit and relax in, in tidy surroundings, tended to by a friendly and helpful groundsman. Quietness sometimes interrupted by a noisy dog.
