The traditional cottage still retains many of its original features, including a striking, brick chimney breast in the lounge. The lounge also houses comfortable sofas to sink into after a day of exploring, a TV/DVD, and a cosy wood burner for those chilly, winter nights. From here, move through to the kitchen/diner, where you’ll find everything needed to rustle up tasty feasts for the group and a cute dining table to seat everyone. Just off this space is a handy porch for storing outdoor gear. The two inviting bedrooms are upstairs, along with a family bathroom with a beautiful, free-standing bath. Outside, the enclosed garden has a small lawn and furniture for outdoor dining.

Journey to Cromer to stroll along the sandy beach, watch a variety show at the end of the pier, or sample the famous Cromer crab in one of the many seafood restaurants. The Norfolk Coast Path passes through the town, and you can follow if for 5 miles to the neighbouring resort of Sheringham. Lovely cottage, very clean & well organised with everything you need but could do with a separate toilet, well located to see both coast & broads, the welcome goodies were very thoughtful & the wood burner was a luxury during our unseasonably cold & wet July break

Clean, comfortable and we'll equipped. The cottage is in a quiet lane. It is necessary to use the car to reach pub and shops. There is no longer beach access in Trimingham because of coastal erosion. However the beaches at Overstrand and Maundsley are not far away.

Clifton Cottage is very spacious but also cosy. It is well equipped and the bed linen is crisp and clean and the towels also very clean and soft. There is a nice little garden at the back of the cottage which is quite a sun trap. There are very few facilities in Trimingham which is a peaceful little village. Found the cottage to be very comfortable and in a really peaceful location. It was really clean and smelled lovely when we first walked in. There was a thoughtful welcome pack and good information about where to walk and where to eat, etc. We really enjoyed our stay here and loved the wood burner which added another layer of coziness. The drive is Read moreat the side of the cottage and normal carpark size - so not a lot of room for a big car but perfectly adequate and off-road. Hide

A homely cottage that is comfortable and well-equipped. It had everything that we needed for a week's visit. It is situated on a quiet road with pleasant neighbours. We had a lovely stay walking and exploring the beaches along this part of the coast with our dog. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

Lovely, comfortable and cosy cottage but the "fridge freezer" is actually a fridge with an ice box. Ideal location though for touring the Broads and North Norfolk coast.

Lovely cottage , has everything you need and a very quiet location. Driveway is very tight but enough room for 2 cars if you reverse in. Nice enclosed garden for the dog. Our only issue were the beds they have very firm mattresses and would benefit from mattress toppers. The bedding itself was good quality.
