The 18th-century cottage is warm and inviting, with characterful exposed beams and brickwork sitting alongside plush soft furnishings and homely touches. After a day of adventure, watch the Smart TV in the lounge (accessed via a step), where a roaring wood burner creates a cosy atmosphere and statement cushions add a pop of colour. The country-style kitchen/diner has everything needed to cater for the group, and there’s a gorgeous wooden dining table to gather around for memorable mealtimes. All three bedrooms are decorated in a unique style, combining original features with quirky decor; there is a king-size bedroom on the ground floor, and the remaining bedrooms are upstairs (accessed via steep, cottage-style stairs). The stylish family shower room is on the ground floor. On a summer’s evening, dine outside in the enclosed patio garden.
