This beautiful bungalow is in the charming village of Dersingham, just under 10 miles from the historic town of King’s Lynn. The property sleeps six guests and is perfect for families and groups of friends looking to explore both coast and country. You’ll be well placed for trips to Norfolk’s west coast, and nearby attractions include the Sandringham Estate, Norfolk Lavender, and Castle Rising (all within 5 miles). After a day of adventure, unwind in your own, private hot tub.
The bright and airy bungalow has an open-plan layout and is decorated in a contemporary style. The main living area comprises a sociable lounge/kitchen/diner, with fabulous bi-fold doors opening onto the garden. To the rear of the room is a galley-style kitchen with everything needed to cater for the group, and taking centre stage is a large dining table to seat everyone. After dinner, relax in the comfortable lounge area to watch the TV/DVD. The property has three inviting bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite shower room. A family bathroom completes the accommodation. Outside, the large, enclosed garden has a decked area with outdoor furniture, a hot tub, and BBQ. Beyond this is a lawn where children and four-legged guests can play.
Dersingham is a thriving village, with a good range of local shops and two friendly pubs. There are some pretty walks to explore in and around the village, including at the Dersingham Bog nature reserve. The reserve, which forms part of the Sandringham Estate, is a paradise for wildlife enthusiasts and is one of the few remaining wilderness areas in Norfolk. Your nearest beach is Snettisham (5 miles), which is an unspoilt, shingle beach that boasts stunning sunsets. For a more traditional seaside experience, head 7 miles along the coast to the Victorian resort of Hunstanton.
