With towering floor-to-ceiling windows and blissful countryside all around, this barn conversion is a perfect place for a tranquil retreat with family and friends. With the friendly market town of Wymondham within 3 miles and the cathedral city of Norwich within 9 miles, you’ll be ideally located to experience the balance of rural bliss and vibrant city living.

The heart of this home is the open-plan living room/diner with its large windows and warm wood features which brighten the space. Comfortable seating and a wood burner create a cosy atmosphere for evening relaxation, whilst the dining table sits in a perfect position to soak up the scenery whilst digging into a home-cooked meal. Next door, the kitchen is spacious with the same warming feel as the rest of the property. Here you’ll have ample space to store snacks and produce during your stay, as well as everything you’ll need to cook for any occasion. Downstairs there is one bedroom with a king-size bed which can be made up as a twin upon request, whilst the remaining bedrooms are found upstairs, including two delightful double bedrooms, one of which boasts an en-suite. On the landing of the stairs is a quirky seating area with vaulted ceilings, Velux windows and a selection of seating options when you need a little peace and quiet. Outside, the garden area certainly has the wow factor, featuring two ponds, lawn space and a patio area for al fresco dining.

Explore the iconic Norfolk Broads on a boat trip from Wroxham (20 miles) and keep your eyes peeled for the rare water birds inhabiting the area as well as the interesting flora and fauna. Within 30 miles you can also enjoy a day out on the coast at Great Yarmouth where invigorating walks, seaside entertainment and a blissful beach awaits to charm all the family.

Beautiful outdoor space. No WiFi. Surrounded by a lovely bio-diverse environment with varied wildlife. The barn conversion over two floors gives 2 generous sitting room areas though its generally a little tired inside. Theres no wifi and mobile signal is patchy. Fantastic location, so peaceful with views across the fields. There are deer, rabbits, pheasants and various birds to watch. Close to Wymondham which is a lovely quaint town with the beautiful Abbey, well worth a visit. Had a great holiday lovely and peaceful, sat outside in the mornings saw Deer, Rabbits, Fox, Pheasants, an Owl and lots of assorted birds. The kitchen was very well equipped and a welcome gift of biscuits and cake as well as a jug of milk tea bags and coffee to get you settled in. Super place to stay. The views and peaceful location was second to none. Saw deer, squirrels and baby bunnies from the window everyday. Every amenity needed is provided. Would recommend.

Stunning property and fully equipped by the lovely owners with everything you need for the perfect holiday set in great country side with dear and wildlife right outside the window this was our second stay and we enjoyed ourselves so much we extended by another 7 nights. We would highly recommend this property there are shops just a short drive awaRead morey at Wymondham where the historic abbey is well worth a visit as is the city of Norwich again just a few miles away by car or local train. Loved the tranquility and countryside surrounding Chapel Barn. Comfortable and home from home. Could have stayed a lot longer. Loved it and wish I could be there now!
