Fun at the Norfolk Show

Published: Wednesday 26th Jul 2017

We enjoyed a wonderful time at the Norfolk Show this year.  Celebrating our 25th anniversary, we pushed the boat out and went to town with a giant hat tipi, fully adorned in fairy lights.  Despite the rather soggy start, and dressed more for Glastonbury than a county show (we rocked the wellies and dress combo!), we certainly made our mark.  Visitors enjoyed live music from local artist Cameron Taylor, engaging talks from local food producers thanks to Feast Norfolk Magazine, coffee from Green Farm Coffee, and freshly prepared, locally-sourced food by Fanny Adams Catering.  Our stand also looked beautiful thanks to our partners - The English Shepherd's Hut Company - who adorned the area with their elegant handmade huts.

The first day extended into the early evening with a party to celebrate Norfolk Country Cottages 25th anniversary, and with yet more live music from The Vagaband, drinks from Woodforde’s and Adnams breweries and a roaring fire pit, our 150+ guests danced their socks off!

If you haven't been to the Royal Norfolk Show before, we can fully recommend it.  If you attend in 2018 please do stop by and say hello!
