Mother’s Day in Norfolk

Mother’s Day 2015 will be my fourth as a Mum, and for me I love nothing more than the handmade cards my Son and Daughter make for me at nursery and big sloppy kisses in the morning! (If I’m really lucky I occasionally get a lie in!)

However, if your Mum expects a little bit more, or you simply want to treat her this year why not take a look at a few of the great things happening this Mother’s day in Norfolk!

Mothering Sunday Walk at Fairhaven Woodland and Water If the weather is dry why not take your Mum to explore the beautiful Spring woodland garden with its predominantly yellow-flowering plants of wild primrose and daffodils, as well as wood anemones and camellias. There is a lovely tea room as well so why not stay for lunch, or just a cup of tea and a yummy cake! To top it all off as an added bonus every Mother receives a free primrose!

Mother's Day Special River TripTreat Mum to a trip on the Broads this mother’s day. Your skipper will give a live commentary; he will explain the origins of the Broads and point out the fabulous wildlife and other points of interest. All Mums accompanied by her children will be given a lovely glass of wine.
